Tuesday 7th we hosted Arklow on a lovely spring evening.

Arklow struck first with 7 points on 5 mins. Moments later 2 quick taps from Tadgh and a good carry from Wafer put Conn over in the corner.

Zach was in support of Wafer to score our 2nd.

Another burst from Wafer put Conn in to leave the half-time score 15-7.

Tadgh recognising the chance tapped quick and put Finn in to open the 2nd half scoring. 20-7

Some carries from a few of Arklow's big men saw them score next. 20-14.

A kick deep in to Arklows 22 was ran the full length back to score under the posts. 20-21.

A lovely Zander offload and a few rumbles later, Morrisey scored converted by Tadgh. 27-21.

Arklow had another big burst through the middle. 27-26.

A penalty move saw Hugh crashing through cover to bring the score to 32-26.

Arklow came close but a well timed jackle from Zander saved our line, the penalty kicked out to end the match.

Some more valuable game time for the lads tonight.
 
Man of the match is again shared..
Tadgh marshalled the troops well, made some timely interventions and recognised space well.
Cayden had a great flanker performance, so busy was he that he got a personal call out from the reff.
